Commercial terms

Consulting only
Ideaxa Solutions is a consultancy, and that is all it will be. We do not build, sell or license products that compete with our clients' products. It is a hard rule, and we will write it into your Master Services Agreement.
Contract vehicles
US Corp-to-Corp (C2C), US 1099 Independent Contractor, or International Technical Advisory Agreement via Ideaxa Solutions.
Intellectual property
100% full intellectual property transfer to client upon completion of milestones.
Confidentiality
Comprehensive mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with strict air-gapped data handling protocols.
Availability
Immediate availability for fixed-scope sprints; 2 weeks onboarding window for ongoing advisory retainers.
